All mold designs are then validated to our clients tooling standards and molding specifications. Meantime, we use mold simulation software (moldflow analysis programs), which can reduce the time needed to condition the mold, validate and optimize the product design and manufacturing process before the first piece of steel is cut, and speed the product to market. Our engineering team is knowledgeable in all areas of plastic parts and molds design, including design for manufacturability.
